toshiba qosmio x75

One laptop that was highly reviewed throughout the PC community was the Toshiba Toshiba Qosmio X75 A7180 laptop. The Toshiba laptop was priced fairly high when It was released early 2015 but it’s now available for considerably less. In terms of specifications, this is hands down the best laptop Spec wise that we have ever reviewed in the scope of $500 gaming laptops. The Toshiba Qosmio X75 A7180 features an intel I7 4700MQ processor, a whopping 16GBS of ram, a large 1 terabyte Hard drive, an added 250GB SSD, a dedicated Nvidia Geforce GTX-770M and a large 17.3 inch 1080P display. The specifications on the Toshiba Qosmio are very impressive and are an absolute beast of a laptop. That said, finding the laptop maybe difficult. Pricing is all over the place with some vendors selling it for as low as $400 while others are selling the Toshiba laptop refurbished for around $600.

Bottom Line

If you are looking for an affordable gaming laptop and you don’t mind carrying around a heavy laptop then the Toshiba Qosmio X75-A7180 is strongly recommended. If you can get your hands on this laptop for less then $500 (new or refurbished) then I would strongly recommend this laptop. You will likely not find any other laptop that has the specs of the Toshiba Qosmio while staying under the $500 mark. In terms of gaming performance, I was able to run current and last generation games on fairly high settings which are not common with 500 dollar gaming laptops. Although the Toshiba Qosmio has fairly amazing specs, it does have its drawbacks such as the scarcity in stocking, the bulky and heavy design, poor battery life etc. If you decide to pick up the Qosmio, be sure to optimize your laptop and remove some of the bloatware that is preinstalled in order to make it run faster and more efficient.
